Can The Scarborough Fair team print posters on our behalf?
We print and distribute the official printed Season Guides. However, individual promotional posters and event flyers remain the responsibility of each producer or artist. You can download our poster/flyer templates above.
What happens when my event sells out?
Notify the festival coordinator immediately! We will instantly apply a high-contrast "SOLD OUT" badge on the website guide to prevent disappointed attendees, while sharing a celebration shout-out on social channels. If your venue has capacity to add a second show or extra balcony tier, we will help broadcast the added date.
