An immersive aurora experience, featuring: • Aurora Photography Gallery — Large-format backlit frames displaying Astro Dog's finest aurora photography, illuminating the venue with the greens, reds, purples and pinks of the Northern Lights. Each image would be accompanied by a short text panel covering the story of how the image was captured. • Atmospheric Aurora Lighting — The venue is bathed in aurora-hued lighting, working with the architecture to create a magical, otherworldly atmosphere. One of the central themes we wish to convey is that of light shining through darkness, a theme that resonates deeply with the aurora itself and lends itself beautifully to the architecture of a church setting. • Timelapse Screenings — Continuous looping screenings of Astro Dog's extensive aurora timelapse footage projected within the venue. • Aurora Film Showings — Showings of an aurora-themed film via projector and screen, allowing visitors to drop in and watch at any time with no capacity restriction. • Science and Discovery Area — An informative section covering the science of the aurora (solar wind, magnetosphere, atmospheric physics), aurora history and mythology across cultures, how to predict aurora displays, and how to photograph the aurora. A children's creative corner where younger visitors can create their own aurora artwork to display as part of the exhibit. • Original Atmospheric Soundscape — An original atmospheric piece of music specially for the exhibition, evoking the awe-inspiring wonder of witnessing the Northern Lights, woven together with natural soundscapes recorded on location during Astro Dog's aurora chases. Drop-in anytime between 4.30pm-9.30pm. Pay What You Want.
